Chace Crawford Taking Zac Efron's Place in Footloose?

Zac Efron chose to drop out of the remake of Footloose, but claimed he did not quit the film to stay away from musicals. The High School Musical and Hairspray star added that he's just "looking for a new challenge" at the moment.



Rumor has it, though, that Gossip Girl's Chace Crawford did a good job at the Footloose audition. Do you think he can make a great Ren McCormack? Well, he certainly looks a lot like the first choice for the role--he and Zac even have the same hairstyle!

They're here! The posters for New Moon, the second film from the Twilight series, have been released. Robert Pattinson's hair looks a lot better. Hope they make more posters showing Kristen Stewart. One with Robert, Kristen and Taylor Lautner would be cool, too!

Miley Cyrus Crying at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2009

The Rock dressed up as Miley Cyrus at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2009 before surprising the young singer/actress with the Favorite Female Singer Kids' Choice Award! Miley got a little emotional as she teared up, saying, "I don't know why I'm crying, but I really thought I was gonna lose."

With Alicia Keys, Rihanna and Beyonce as her fellow nominees, I guess the result really came as a big surpise. Here's a video clip of the "Miley Moment":

Paul Walker and Jordana Brewster in Spain

Paul Walker and Jordana Brewster get teamed up once again in Fast & Furious, coming out in April. They went to Spain to promote the new film.



At a recent press conference, Walker said the best installment is yet to come: "I don't think the best one yet has been made yet. If we were to make a fifth one? That would be the best one in my mind. Otherwise, let's not do it."



Bet they can make the fast, furious experience even more exciting, especially with Paul, Jordana, and of course, Vin Diesel, in the cast.
